1. Who we are

SermonBridge ("we", "us") operates a web-based service that helps churches distribute sermon recordings in multiple languages. Payments, invoicing, tax collection and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Paddle) as our Merchant of Record. Your payment relationship for subscriptions is with Paddle.

2. The service

Pastors and church administrators upload sermon recordings (audio, video or subtitle files) that they own or have the right to use. We automatically transcribe, translate and generate derived content (subtitles, summaries, handouts, devotionals) and publish it to private share links chosen by the church. Plans: Free (1 sermon/month), Starter ($49/month), Standard ($99/month), Multi-site ($149/month), each described on our pricing page.

3. Your content and rights

You keep all rights to the sermon recordings and materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited license needed to process, translate and host Your Content for you. You are responsible for having permission from speakers and copyright holders before uploading recordings.

4. Acceptable use

You may not upload content you do not have rights to, content that is unlawful, or content that infringes others' rights. You may not resell, scrape or redistribute the service output as a competing product. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI accuracy and disclaimer

Transcription and translation are produced by AI. While we apply a curated theology glossary and allow manual corrections, AI output may contain errors. The service provides information and convenience tools; it does not provide legal, financial or religious certification. Pastors should review generated material before distributing it.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period. Plan limits apply per calendar month.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify the service; material changes to these terms will be notified by email or in-app. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
