1. What we process

Account data (church name, administrator email, password hash), uploaded sermon recordings and their transcriptions/translations, and minimal usage analytics (page views, share-link visits). Payment data is processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record); we never store card numbers.

2. Why we process it

To provide the service (transcription, translation, share pages), to authenticate you, to bill subscriptions through Paddle, and to improve the product. Legal bases: performance of contract and legitimate interest.

3. AI processing

Uploaded audio is processed by AI speech-recognition and translation providers (currently Groq-hosted open models and our own on-server models) solely to produce your transcripts, subtitles and generated documents. We do not use your sermon content to train third-party models.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: Paddle (payments), our AI processing providers (to deliver the service), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data. Share links are accessible to anyone who has the link — treat them like unlisted videos.

5. Retention and your rights

You can delete sermons and your account at any time; deleted content is removed from active systems. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by contacting us. Records required for billing are retained as required by law.
